Travis from NLT snuck into JB's concert!

Travis of NLT & him describing how he snuck into a Jonas Brothers show:
"hello all.

so, interesting story i thought i'd share with you guys.

i'm at a meeting with the boys and kevin informs me he's going to catch this jonas brothers show after the meeting, down in burbank. he said it was a tour rehearsal and that they were gonna be allowing the family and friends of jonas and hannah montana to come see the show before they go on tour this next week.

kev knew one of the dancers and a couple of our other friends were going, so i thought i'd tag along to check these guys out. i wasn't on the list or anything, so i knew i was going to have to use some of that clever improvisation that i've learned so well from v.

so we get to the disney/abc studios and we pulled up to the guard gate. kev got through fine, and when they asked for my name i gave them the last name of another friend that was going. with kevin helping me tag team, we managed to confuse the guard enough to convince him that i really was supposed to be on the list and it was probably just some mistake. success!

i got in. we pulled up to the lot, and there was a line of maybe a hundred or so.. all waiting to see jonas. anyway, they walked us all over to the soundstage in a large group. when we started approaching the front of the line.. i realized i was going to be facing a little more security than i had hoped.

metal detectors. cops. another list (that i wasn't on). drug dogs. tasers. bear traps..
(okay, maybe not drug dogs.. but you get the idea.)

anyway,
after stuffing my cell phones in my shoes.. (so they wouldn't get confiscated you see) i got up to the front of the line. kevin had already gotten through and i was a little nervous at this point that i was going to be headed back to my car in a minute, without seeing the show.

they asked for my info. i told them the honest truth. my name is travis pharo and my name should be right there on the list. they stuttered a minute, but with the help of the pharo fam.. i was able to get in. success! haha, here i am acting like a die hard jonas fan, and i hardly even know these guys' music! lol

so we get inside. and after twenty minutes or so, the show started. let me just say - whatever doubts i had about these guys immediately left my mind. they proved to be true performers and skilled musicians. i was completely entertained. they were professional and they really know how to put on a show.

so yeah, i copped the album.
and real talk, i wouldn't mind seeing the show again.

hahaha!

Vanessa Hudgens pays a visit to Ocean Drive Magazine to promote the charity program Best Buddies on Friday in Miami Beach, Florida.

Best Buddies is a program that provides employment opportunities and one-to-one friendships for people with intellectual disabilities.

The 18-year-old High School Musical star and Best Buddies pal Pelayo Vigil shadowed an office assistant who works at Ocean Drive.

“I’m here today in Miami to support Best Buddies,” Vanessa told NBC6. “Best Buddies is an amazing organization that helps support people with mental disabilities. Today, it actually puts them in jobs, which is why I’m here at Ocean Drive. [Best Buddies] is an amazing program, you know. My manager is the person who actually developed it, and I found out about it and I thought it was an amazing organization. It’s really neat to reach out to people who are, like, fans, too. Just to be able to be a part of their lives is really neat.”

A Best Buddies gala and fundraiser, which will have a performance by Ciara, will be held Saturday night at Bicentennial Park.
